Thermal Plate

Thanks to state-of-the-art plates, chemistry and processor software, Fujifilm CTP solutions are setting new standards in the production of plates for commercial printing. By optimizing all parts of the plate production process, Fujifilm's solutions can achieve the industry's lowest chemistry use figures (with cleaner working chemistry), and huge reductions in water use and maintenance time.

There are two main types of solutions:

1. ‘ZAC’ based solution for "Thermal" applications

The combination of the very latest Fujifilm thermal plate and chemistry technologies, together with Fujifilm designed software at the heart of the ‘ZAC’ processors, results in the following benefits:
